Kevin Simeon is the Operations Coordinator at Washington Policy Center, where he manages WPC’s financial records, regulatory compliance, employee relations, and daily office operations.
Prior to joining WPC, Kevin participated in various professional pursuits, including working for the U.S. Department of State at the U.S. Embassy in Brussels, Belgium, within the consular section; serving as a research fellow with the South Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs; volunteering with the U.S. Peace Corps; and working as a Research Associate with the Congressional Research Service’s Foreign Affairs, Defense, and Trade Division.
Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in Asian Studies and Chinese Language & Culture from Washington State University, a master’s degree in International Cooperation from Seoul National University, and a master’s degree in International Security Policy from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
Kevin is a Spokane Tribal Native American, born and raised in his ancestral homeland of Spokane, Washington. Within WPC, Kevin is driven by a commitment to advancing practical, free-market policy solutions that expand opportunity and accountability across Washington state. He is proud to support WPC’s mission by ensuring strong, efficient operations behind the scenes. When not working, Kevin enjoys trying new foods, listening to country music, and running.
