This is a private, no-host monthly breakfast series and is by invitation only.  Our September event will feature an interactive presentation and provide an opportunity for you to interact with WPC board and staff members, as well as other Eastside business and political leaders.  As always, we encourage you to bring a guest that is interested in learning more about WPC.

Representative J.T. Wilcox grew up on his family farm in rural Pierce County, where he still lives today. He is a graduate of Washington State University, where he earned his bachelor's degree in history.

In 2011, he was sworn in as state representative for the 2nd Legislative District, which includes rural southeast Pierce and Thurston counties. He sits on three committees – Appropriations, Rules and Finance – and currently serves as House Republican Leader.

J.T.'s legislative priorities include providing a quality education for children, crafting a sustainable state budget, and reversing the anti-jobs trend that has damaged the economy of Washington outside of a few hotspots. He believes long-term and sustainable solutions are needed to put the state on a stable path of prosperity and growth for generations to come.
