Chad Bartram - General Manager of PUD
Chad Bartram was appointed General Manager of Benton PUD on January 2, 2013.  Chad joined Benton PUD in 2001, and previously served as Assistant General Manager and Director of Finance & Business Services.  Prior to joining Benton PUD, Chad worked at Energy Northwest for 15 years and served as a United States Army Officer for over five years.  Chad has served on the boards of TRIDEC, Public Power Council and others. He holds a Master's Degree in Management Science and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant.

Steve Martin- Executive Coordinator, WA State Recreation and Conservation Office.
Steve Martin joined RCO as the executive coordinator of the Governor’s Salmon Recovery Office in August 2017. A long-time salmon advocate, Steve most recently was the executive director of the Snake River Salmon Recovery Board, and before that, a biologist with the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife. He has bachelor and master degrees in biology from Eastern Washington University. Steve splits his time between his Olympia office and his home office in Dayton, where he was raised. He is married with four children and enjoys spending time with his family as well as hunting, fishing, and snow skiing. He also is very active in his community.
