Davalu Cummings:
Davalu is a Texas native and a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Geology. She has worked for several local and federal law enforcement agencies in various capacities beginning in 1983. During her career, she conducted investigations related to: child sexual exploitation; human trafficking; drug trafficking; illegal weapons and sensitive technology exportation; identity and benefit fraud; financial crimes, including money laundering; trade fraud; and contraband smuggling.

Davalu spent the last 15 years of her career investigating sex crimes against children and sex trafficking. From 2007 through 2015, she supervised the multi-agency Sexual Predator Exploitation and Enforcement Detail (SPEED) in New Mexico. After retiring in 2015, she and her husband moved to the area where she worked as a civil tort litigation investigator/analyst for 6 ½ years.
