With this, there’s still plenty of room for learning as life with his wife and three wonderful girls, two dogs, four goats and twelve chickens remind him often. Dave Retter became a licensed realtor in 1979. He spent the first 13 years of his real estate career as a fulltime agent, building a very successful career in sales. Sales are in Dave’s blood and serving people is what fuels him. In 1992 he had the incredibly good fortune to step into an ownership/partnership with a respected peer and that is where Retter & Company began. What was once a small startup office has grown into an extremely reputable real estate company in the Tri-Cities and a 43-year real estate career for Dave. The accolades and accomplishments over the span of that 43-year career are plentiful, the list is long, but if you ask Dave the only ones he mentions are his efforts to serve his community and give back to the very people who he has worked alongside all of these years.
