Rep. Melanie Stambaugh is a State Representative of the 25^th District in Washington state. She is a graduate of the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business where she holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Melanie is co-owner of You Impression, a small business dedicated to helping individuals build confidence through leadership, etiquette and professional development programs. She also serves on the board of Communities In Schools of Puyallup. Melanie has served in the Legislature since 2015. 

Rob McKenna is a partner at the Orrick's law firm Seattle and Washington, D.C., offices. He is accomplished in all areas of public policy, appellate law and investigations. Rob served two terms as Washington’s Attorney General, during which he successfully argued three cases before the U.S. Supreme Court. He also manages the website Smarter Government Washington, which seeks positive solutions for a leaner, more efficient, and less expensive state government.

Matt McIlwain is the Managing Director at Madrona Venture Group, a venture capital firm that teams with technology entrepreneurs to nurture ideas from startup to market success.  He joined Washington Policy Center’s Board of Directors in 2012. Matt is a graduate of Dartmouth College and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government.
