WPC's Center for Budget Reform Director, Jason Mercier, and the Director of WPC's Initiative on Agriculture, Pam Lewison will offer their insights into the current legislative session. Mercier will cover the latest on the income tax and the proposed House and Senate budgets.  Lewison will discuss some of the strains Washington agriculture is facing, including a potentially disastrous court decision that has left dairy farmers facing "retroactive pay" bills that could bankrupt farms and set a dangerous precedent for all Washington businesses.
