On September 4th, 2015, the state Supreme Court struck down the state charter school law voters passed in 2012. The families of the 1,300 students now attending one of Washington’s nine charter schools are afraid their charter schools will be forced to close.

By signing here, you will be joining Washington Policy Center in calling on the governor and legislature to protect the education of these 1,300 charter school students, and to fulfill the will of the voters when they passed Washington’s charter school law.
