Liv Finne Testifies before Legislature on State Auditor's Report on K-12 Funding

WPC education director Liv Finne testified before the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Committee on June 20, 2012, regarding the State Auditor's report that Washington's 295 school districts spend, on average, only 60% of their resources on instruction.
