Remember Seattle, Cars are not the problem

There is a fascinating post on the Capitol Hill Seattle Blog that looks at when and where electric car charging stations are popping up in Seattle.

It is defined by the number of charger permits issued by the city.

Interestingly, the author suggests there is difficulty with finding efficient locations like parking garages, to install charging stations, because there are so few in the city.

As electric cars (or any other form of hybrid vehicle) penetrates the market, the environmental community may find themselves in an interesting position...whether to embrace new technologies and support alternative fuel cars, or continue their futile (and economically damaging) crusade to force people out of cars.
