Richard Rae has a BA in English from the University of Washington and an MBA from the University of Washington, Bothell. He joined Washington Policy Center in 2007 as a Communications Assistant and Multimedia Director. Currently he acts as the programs Webmaster and designs many of the graphics for WPC’s publications.
